Roger Federer won the Dubai Open finals for the fourth time in five years. He has now won 41 consecutive matches, which ties him with Bjorn Borg for the fourth highest consecutive win total behind Guillermo Vilas with 47, Ivan Lendl with 44 and John McEnroe with 42.
How many matches will Federer win in a row?
Imagine how many endorsement opportunities Federer will receive if he does indeed break the record.

After watchin him play for awhile, I don't see him falling in a match anytime soon. I think he will take the all time record considering he is but a few away from. He has played the top plays, several times, and beaten them every time. Look at Rodick, they have played twice I believe in the last few months, never close. The endorsements will be great. People compare him and Tiger all the time, and Tiger is the highest paid athlete, basically because of his endorsements.
